At Inszone Insurance Services, we believe that investing in our local communities is just as important as the work we do in the office. Through our Charitable Time Off (CTO) program, Inszone employees are given paid time off to volunteer and support the non-profit organizations that mean the most to them.
This month, we are proud to highlight Amber Harder, who recently used her CTO to support the Yolo County 4-H during their annual Farm Connection Day!

Community Spotlight: Amber Harder Supports Yolo County 4-H on Farm ConnectionDay
Yolo County 4-H is the local chapter of the national 4-H youth development program. They offer kids and teens in Yolo County, California, incredible hands-on project experience in areas like agriculture, animal science, and leadership.
Farm Connection Day is one of the organization’s standout annual events. It brings students and their families directly onto working farms for a day of immersive, hands-on activities. From livestock encounters to agricultural demonstrations, the event is designed to connect local youth with the realities of farming and local agriculture.

Amber attended the event as a parent volunteer. Throughout the day, she helped guide student groups between the various educational stations, assisted with hands-on activities, supported the 4-H youth leaders, and worked to keep the event safe, organized, and fun for all the attendees.
For Amber, supporting Yolo County 4-H is deeply personal.
“My daughter has been a Yolo County 4-H member for three years, working on projects in rabbits, swine, and goat showmanship,” Amber shared. “Watching her grow through 4-H, learning responsibility, animal care, and the confidence to step into the show ring, has made this program deeply meaningful to our family. It’s more than an activity; it’s where she’s building real skills, lasting friendships, and a genuine connection to agriculture and our community.”
