Patty Cicogni
Staff Development Manager
Patty Cicogni is the Staff Development Manager at Inszone Insurance Services. Patty joined the Inszone team in 2012 with no prior experience in the insurance industry, beginning her career as an Account Manager Assistant. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to continued growth, Patty earned her insurance license and advanced through the organization into the leadership role she holds today. Throughout her career, Patty has been recognized for her strong work ethic, leadership, and commitment to Inszone. In 2016, she was named “Employee of the Year”. In 2024, she received the Explosive Impact Award in recognition of her exceptional dedication to Inszone’s acquisition efforts, including spending approximately 120 days traveling to support newly acquired offices and employees. In 2025, Patty received the Unmatched Dedication Award for her continued commitment and contributions to the company. Patty also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Fire Technology from American River College.
Patty’s dedication to helping others extends well beyond her role at Inszone. She has volunteered with the American Red Cross Sierra-Delta Chapter since 2011, supporting local disaster response efforts and assisting individuals and families affected by home fires and other emergencies. Patty considers the opportunity to help people during some of their most difficult moments both humbling and rewarding. In 2023, Patty was honored as the first recipient of Inszone’s $10,000 CTO Award on behalf of the American Red Cross Sierra-Delta Chapter, further reflecting her commitment to service, leadership, and making a meaningful impact in her community.
Outside of work and volunteering, Patty enjoys spending her downtime with family, anywhere near a body of water, or binge-watching her favorite TV shows whenever time allows.
