Natalie Fanin is the Executive Vice President of Commercial Lines Service at Inszone Insurance Services. She currently leads a team of managers, overseeing the hiring, training, and empowerment of insurance professionals to foster a culture of high accountability. She began her career in insurance in 2006, shortly after turning 18, which instilled a strong work ethic that has shaped her professional journey. Before joining Inszone in November 2013, Natalie gained valuable experience in both management and underwriting roles at a workers’ compensation wholesaler and a large insurance agency. Her diverse experience in management, sales, service, and underwriting provided a solid foundation for her success in the industry. Natalie has built strong relationships with policyholders, carrier partners, and team members, leading to the development of a high-performing team known for its can-do attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service. Her keen ability to identify and educate on risk exposure has driven significant department growth while maintaining high retention. In addition to her leadership role, Natalie plays a pivotal role on both the agency and carrier sides, continually driving initiatives that support business growth and leadership development. She firmly believes in leading by example and is not afraid to roll up her sleeves to get the job done.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys reading, hiking, and spending quality time with her son and other children. She is passionate about investing in the next generation, often engaging in activities such as bible study, leading children’s worship, teaching them core values and principles and of course playing tag, roller skating/blading, and anything else the kiddos can convince her to engage in.
