Esmeralda Marquez is a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in March 2025. Her career background has been very diverse as she worked in many fields, from warehouse jobs, secretary, medical field front office and billing and coding, owning her own daycare, elderly care to finally jumping into insurance. She has worked in auto insurance for 10 years. However, she recently joined Inszone assisting clients in other lines of business. Esmeralda is Medical Front Office certified and holds a Personal Lines state license. She is an agent with attention to detail, reliable, very patient, understanding and who looks for the best interest for her clients. She is always available and will be as prompt as possible to assist in any clients’ needs. She believes that reaching out to the correct departments to obtain a bit more knowledge on certain topics will definitely help provide her clients with updated and accurate information. Esmeralda is a member of the ASPCA, someone who is always helping animals in her community in any way possible.
Her goal in every client interaction is for everyone to get off a call with her with a smile and with any issue resolved no matter how difficult it might be. At times showing compassion and care will go a long way. She is passionate about her work and aims to grow as much as possible in the industry while learning in the process and making great connections.
In her down time, Esmeralda loves bowling, shooting pool, going to the movies or catching up on her reading while accompanied by any of her pets.
