Lindsey Bilby is the Benefits Team Lead at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in February 2026. Lindsey brings nine years of employee benefits know-how and a genuine passion for helping people to every client she serves. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Northeastern State University as well as an associate degree from Tulsa Community College. Lindsey is licensed in Health and Life insurance and leverages her extensive knowledge to help employers determine the best overall benefits strategy for their company and employees. Based in the Tulsa branch, she has worked with employers across the Midwest and is known for her knack for crafting strategies that make both companies and their employees feel like they’ve hit the jackpot.

When she’s not leading the charge at work, Lindsey is all about family life. She’s married, has one son and one stepson, and can usually be found adventuring with them—whether that’s exploring local activities or packing up for a beach trip the moment the opportunity arises. Give her a sunny coastline and she’s in her happy place. With her blend of experience, heart, and a little bit of wanderlust, Lindsey brings a fun, people-first approach to everything she does.
