April Everett, CISR
Personal Sales Team Manager
April Everett is a Personal Sales Team Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in October 2025 after the merger of Little Rock – Williamson Insurance. She has been in the insurance industry for forty years, with experience in commercial insurance on the financial institution side and personal insurance. She has spent twenty-seven years in personal lines at the same agency. April started her career during college at National Old Line in the life department and worked several positions at St. Paul Insurance Company before finishing up in the underwriting department. In 1999, she began her path in personal lines at Mark V. Williamson Co., Inc. She holds an Arkansas Property and Casualty license and the CISR – Certified Insurance Service Representative designation. April currently oversees the personal lines department at her branch and has personal lines claims experience, account manager experience, and training expertise for individuals new to insurance or needing a refresher. Her deep understanding of personal insurance products, carrier guidelines, negotiation ability with carriers, and risk assessment skills help her find the recommended policies needed. She is also a member of the National Alliance.
April likes to approach her clients by learning as much as she can about them, including their lifestyles, hobbies, and recreational activities, to assess their exposure risk. She strives to show clients their exposures and how to insure themselves best. While price matters, her main objective is to advise clients based on their needs and use examples of potential situations and how insurance products can help.
In her free time, April enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three-year-old granddaughter. She treasures the times she can FaceTime or speak with her son, who is currently deployed flying helicopters. April and her husband enjoy fishing on the many lakes in their state and taking scenic motorcycle drives, especially along the “Pig Trail.” She also competes in local car shows and is an avid reader of several genres. Her Christian belief guides her approach to every situation, and her current goals are to continue enjoying her job, grow as a manager, and strive to be a better person.
