Gena Gaub is a Branch Manager / SR. Benefits Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in July 2025 after the merger of Bozeman – Rocky Mountain Insurance Group, LLC. She started her insurance career in 1994 and grew two health insurance agencies from the ground up in Billings and Bozeman, Montana before merging with Inszone. With 33 years in group benefits and leadership, Gena holds life, health, and disability licenses and earned a marketing degree from Montana State University. She focuses on relationships and digging in to help with long term solutions, valuing face-to-face direct interaction and bringing decades of experience and problem solving to every client she meets. She leads with education of group leaders as well as employees, emphasizing that understanding benefits is the most important step.
As a third generation Montanan, work ethic and loyalty are at Gena’s core. She takes every client to heart, making it personal in the best way. Building long term relationships through hands-on customer service and decades of knowledge and experience is her passion. Her personal philosophy is to “Work hard and be nice,” and she aims to continue to grow and learn with her clients in this everchanging benefits world.
In her personal life, Gena has raised three amazing children. She also shares that Monday is her favorite day of the week.
