Lashanda Cole entered the insurance industry through an opportunity in the accounting department at the company where her mother has worked in benefits for more than 30 years. What began as an administrative role quickly became the foundation for a long-term career, giving her the opportunity to learn the industry, grow professionally, and develop a passion for helping clients. She approaches her work with patience, kindness, and efficiency, always striving to treat clients the way she would want to be treated while remaining open to learning new skills and adapting to change.

Lashanda credits her mother as the biggest influence in her life, inspiring her through resilience, determination, and the ability to balance both work and family life. One of the accomplishments she is most proud of is overcoming her fears and stepping outside of her comfort zone to continue growing personally and professionally. Outside of work, Lashanda enjoys singing karaoke, spending time with family and friends, dancing, taking her children to amusement and water parks, playing games, and relaxing by the ocean or at home watching movies with loved ones.
