On May 1, 2026, Tina McClary volunteered her time at Germanfest, an event hosted by the German American Society of Tulsa (GAST).
GAST is a nonprofit organization created to promote community welfare through charitable, educational, and recreational purposes. Germanfest serves as the organization’s vibrant spring fundraiser, bringing the community together for a lively celebration featuring food, live music, and activities for children.
Community Spotlight: Tina McClary Supports Germanfest with the German American Society of Tulsa
During the event, Tina helped drive fundraising efforts by offering patrons a chance to enter a raffle for a gift basket valued at around $700. Beyond managing the raffle, she used the opportunity to connect directly with attendees, engaging with patrons and answering their questions about GAST and the City of Tulsa in general.
Tina was initially drawn to the event through a friend who is an active member of GAST, and her ongoing involvement has become a highly anticipated way to give back. She considers it a fantastic opportunity to visit with the local community while supporting a great cause.
