Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
Sarah Curtis is a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in May 2026. She has 12 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance, primarily as a generalist with concentrations on Medical Malpractice, Non-Profits, and Private Schools. Sarah has worked in independent agencies as a CSR and Account Manager and held roles at USI Insurance Services and the Baldwin Group as a Senior Account Manager, as well as at Smith Brothers Insurance as a Producing Account Executive. She brings knowledge and experience in a vast range of Commercial Insurance verticals along with excellent customer service skills. Currently, she is working on her CISR and MLIS designations. Sarah owns her own home bakery and is working on becoming a Certified Keto Coach. She is involved in The Massachusetts Association of Insurance Women (MAIW) – Pioneer Valley Chapter, which aims to empower and educate insurance professionals, and she is a Notary Public for the State of Massachusetts.
Sarah’s goal is to listen and identify the clients’ needs and to provide appropriate coverage solutions while delivering exceptional customer service. She is passionate about her work and guided by principles of Integrity, Accountability, Consistency, Collaboration, Growth, and Empathy. Her future goals include advancing into a Producer or Team Lead role.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking, waterfalls, and chasing sunsets. She loves football, especially rooting for her favorite New England teams: the Boston Red Sox, Boston Celtics, and New England Patriots. Additionally, she is a Certified Spiritual Life Coach and Energy Healer, certified in Reiki Level 1 and completing her Reiki Level 2 Certification in June 2026. She also teaches a monthly Mediation & Manifesting workshop at a Wellness Center.
