Personal Lines Insurance Specialist
Cassie Prince is a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in February 2026. She has been in the insurance industry since 2006, beginning her career at AAA Washington as a customer service agent and moving into agency sales and service management and leadership roles during her tenure there. Cassie specializes in personal lines and has experience in both leadership and front line customer service and sales work. She is great at listening to her clients and asking questions to get to know them, enabling her to make thoughtful recommendations for the right policies to protect them and their assets.
Cassie enjoys explaining how insurance coverages work for her clients and their loved ones. She understands that insurance is something people never want to have to use, but she always makes sure her clients will have what they need in the event coverage is needed. She strives to make insurance less complicated by ensuring her clients know what they have with the coverage on their policies and finding opportunities to offer more coverage for them. Cassie also likes educating others, including co-workers and clients, regarding insurance.
In her free time, Cassie spends time with her son and family and enjoys all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer, including cheering for the Mariners and Seahawks!
