Alicia J. Worley is a Commercial Sales Team Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in November 2025. She started her insurance career as an agent in training with American Family Insurance in 2012. After successfully completing their 2-year career track, she decided to pivot to the independent side of the insurance business, partnering with family and later opening her own independent agency, which she successfully operated for 12 years. Alicia has been in the insurance industry for 14 years, with an emphasis on commercial real estate. She holds a B.A. in Healthcare Administration and brings key skills including employee coaching, training and development, payroll, underwriting risk, revenue and organic account growth, and marketing including business to business. As a major center of influence, she has built organic relationships with many of the mayors in the south Suburbs of Chicago, which have contributed to her overall success within networks and larger organizations.
Alicia’s approach to working with clients is very simple; she listens to understand their needs and provides a comprehensive solution based upon what they have, where they need to be, and how she will help them get there. She is passionate about her work and aspires to continue on her path of growth within an amazing organization that is continuously growing and evolving with her. Her personal philosophy has been this for many years: if one partakes in great and ethical business, opportunities to make money will always present themselves!
In her free time, Alicia enjoys working out, with a focus on weight training and cross fit. She is also the head soccer coach for her son’s middle school soccer team.
