Benefits Account Manager
Britt Birdwell is a Benefits Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in March 2026. She attended Oklahoma State University, where she earned her degree in Agricultural Business. She also completed minors in Marketing and Agricultural Real Estate Appraisal, which helped strengthen her understanding of business strategy, client communication, and evaluating risk. Britt spent about six months working in insurance focusing on home and auto coverage, helping clients understand their options and choose protection that fit their needs. She has since transitioned to the benefits side, where she assists individuals and businesses in navigating their healthcare coverage and understanding their options.
When working with clients, Britt’s goal is to build trust by listening carefully to their needs and making sure they fully understand their options. She focuses on providing clear, honest guidance so clients can feel confident in the decisions they make, and she aims to build long-term relationships by always putting their best interests first.
In her free time, Britt enjoys spending time with her husband and being around family and friends. She also enjoys reading and taking time to relax and recharge outside of work. These moments help her stay balanced and bring a positive, focused mindset to everything she does.
