Commercial Lines Account Manager
Jocy Newman is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in October 2025. Prior to joining Inszone Insurance, she worked in banking where she was client-focused and held roles that emphasized organization, communication, and attention to detail. These experiences prepared her well for her current role. Jocy is Property & Casualty licensed and has completed the QCLS and QPLS training programs. She is committed to continuing her insurance education and expanding her knowledge of commercial lines coverage. Currently, she is gaining hands-on experience supporting commercial accounts, learning policy forms and coverage structures, and assisting clients with their day-to-day insurance needs. Her strengths include attention to detail, organization, and communication, and she takes the time to learn each client’s business, ask thoughtful questions, and ensure nothing important is overlooked.
Jocy works with clients intentionally by listening carefully, communicating clearly, and following through consistently. Her goal is to provide thoughtful support and help ensure their coverage accurately reflects their business needs. She approaches her work with a service-first mindset, prioritizing integrity, clear communication, and dependable support.
In her free time, Jocy enjoys family time, staying active, and enjoying a slower pace outside of the workday.
