Commercial Account Manager Team Lead
Carrie Tourney is a Commercial Account Manager Team Lead at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in January 2026. She started out in the Insurance Industry in 2010 as a Licensed Account Manager. In 2020, she was promoted to Office Manager to oversee operations for the Commercial/Personal Lines Divisions. Carrie holds the RWCS certification.
Working alongside the producer, Carrie has had the opportunity to work with different businesses and help Loss Control, understand their business model, and quote based on the needs of each insured. Knowing the insured’s outlook on their business allows her to build the relationship and properly cover the insured.
In her free time, Carrie enjoys coaching soccer, having coached for 11 years across all age groups on a recreational level. She was nominated to be President of the board of Celtic Soccer that hosted recreation soccer for their division via Say Soccer. As the board members’ children aged out as well as her own, she passed the league to the City of Kearney to continue offering the sport to participants. She now works part-time as a Soccer Field Supervisor for the City of Kearney during the Spring/Fall season. Carrie is married 29 years and has a son at Wichita State and a daughter at WashU.
