At Inszone Insurance Services, we proudly recognize employees who use Charitable Time Off (CTO) to support organizations making a meaningful difference in their communities. On December 16, 2025, Katie Fairburn volunteered with John’s Kids to help deliver holiday meals and essential supplies to schools across the San Antonio area.
John’s Kids is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families who may lack access to meals during school breaks. The organization provides school supplies, PB&J meal kits, and full holiday dinners to ensure children have reliable nutrition when they are away from school lunches. In preparation for this event, volunteers spent weeks collecting peanut butter and jelly supplies, with additional food donations generously provided by HEB.
Katie assisted with loading vehicles at HEB and delivering the donated supplies to multiple schools throughout the area. The effort ensured that families in need received food and support during the holiday season, helping reduce stress and bring comfort at an important time of year.
Community Spotlight Katie Fairburn Supports Johns Kids with Holiday Meal Deliveries
Katie was inspired to get involved through Tracey Blackwell from Inszone’s Garden Ridge branch, whose passion and dedication to John’s Kids made a strong impression. “Tracey is incredibly giving and supportive,” Katie shared. “Seeing how much impact this organization has on kids and families made it really special to be part of this effort.”
Katie’s participation highlights how teamwork, generosity, and community connection can come together to create real impact. By helping deliver these essential resources, she played a role in making the holidays brighter for families who need it most.
