Cari Burke is a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in November 2025. Before entering the insurance industry, Cari built a strong leadership foundation across multi-location operations, financial services, and hospitality management. She managed large teams, oversaw multi-million-dollar portfolios, and directed operations for 15 national 3PL distribution centers serving major retail chains. Cari also excelled in branch management at OneMain Financial, consistently ranking in the top 10% company-wide and earning multiple performance awards. Since entering the insurance industry, Cari has distinguished herself as a top-performing agent and leader, earning the 2024 Staff MVP award with Farmers Insurance Group, consistently ranking at the top for premium production, life insurance sales, and quote-to-close conversion rates. Cari has a strong educational foundation in emergency medical services, having completed her EMT and Paramedic training and college coursework at TJC & University of Texas, Tyler, where she was also inducted into the English Honors Society. With a background rooted in leadership, service, and teamwork, she values organization, personal growth, and finding efficient ways to improve everyday processes. She specializes in identifying coverage gaps, guiding clients through complex insurance decisions, and delivering tailored solutions that protect individual needs. Cari is deeply rooted in her community and brings a service-oriented mindset to both her professional and local involvement.

In her free time, Cari likes to kayak and spend time in nature, read, study foreign culture and languages, play piano, crochet and travel.
