Bill Turley is a Senior Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in August 2025 after the merger of Dodge City – Parker-Haskins Insurance, Inc. He began working as a producer at Parker Haskins Insurance in December 1994 and became a stockholder and Vice President in 2006. Bill has been in the insurance industry for 31 years, all with Parker Haskins Insurance. He is licensed in Life and Health along with Property and Casualty. His main line of business is Crop Insurance and Farms. He graduated from St Mary’s of the Plains College with a degree in business management. Growing up on his family farm raising crops and livestock gave him the experience and knowledge to succeed in crop insurance and farm owners insurance. He has been on a number of community boards over the years of living in Dodge City and is currently in his second term on the Dodge City Community College board of trustees.
Bill’s focus is providing service and claim support his clients come to expect and deserve. He works hard to build a working relationship with all his clients to understand their needs and the coverages to best protect them.
In his free time, Bill and his family enjoy attending as many sporting events as possible, mainly Kansas State University Football and Basketball Games. He and his wife Sheri spend as much time as possible with their children and grandchildren.
