Donna Aguilar is a Commercial Account Manager Team Lead at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in November 2025. She has 27 years of experience in commercial lines and has worked her way from clerical assistant to commercial account manager team lead. Donna has been a team lead in prior agencies along with a department supervisor. She holds CISR and CISR Elite designations. Donna has been on a generalist book for over 10 years and is a quick learner who is always ready to jump in with both feet. She is also a Zumba instructor and a notary.
Donna’s focus is to make her clients feel comfortable to discuss all their insurance needs. She is here to help with business insurance and is passionate about her work. She believes in being a good and kind person, as the world needs more kindness. Donna would really like to work on more designations and is all about learning as much as she can.
In her free time, Donna enjoys reading or watching a good documentary. She is co-founder of a breast cancer awareness non-profit and has volunteered with other non-profits in the past, holding various positions on the boards. Donna is always willing to volunteer her time.
