Kelly Khounvichith is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in March 2022 after the merger of Stockton – GM Lawrence. She has been in the insurance industry since 2003, focusing on commercial lines, specifically in transportation. Kelly started her career as a receptionist, quickly learning the importance of client communications and operations. She was later promoted to Associate Transportation Underwriter at a Wholesale Brokerage, gaining valuable insight into underwriting and managing carrier relationships. She holds a valid Property & Casualty Insurance license and is fluent in Cambodian and Laotian. Kelly’s strengths include delivering exceptional customer service, building long-term client relationships, and making insurance more understandable and accessible.
When working with clients, Kelly takes a personalized approach by understanding their unique business needs and guiding them clearly and patiently through coverage options. Her goal is to simplify the process, ensure clients feel supported, and help them make informed decisions that protect their assets and peace of mind.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with family, hiking, gardening, and going on shopping sprees.
