Returning as a veteran with Inszone, Wesley brings over two decades of comprehensive experience in providing expert insurance solutions to individuals. He began his career in the insurance industry in 2005 as a sales manager and quickly advanced through various roles, including Branch Manager, Agency Trainer, and District Manager. In his latest role at Inszone, Wesley developed talent from the ground up, managed KPIs, recruiting, training, quality control, and maintained insurance company relationships. He holds an Associates Degree and a Property and Casualty License, and his key skills include team leadership, customer relations, risk assessment, and policy analysis.
Wesley is passionate about leveraging his extensive experience to benefit his team and clients. His dedication to team leadership and customer relations ensures that clients receive the best possible service and solutions tailored to their needs. Wesley’s expertise in risk assessment and policy analysis allows him to provide insightful advice and strategies, enhancing the overall client experience.
In their free time, Wesley Lawnsdale enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and their Tibetan Mastiff dog. He tries to play as much golf as possible and cherishes moments with family and friends. Wesley and his family love to travel and explore what the world has to offer. Additionally, he is actively involved in the community, volunteering monthly to feed the homeless.
