Drew is a Senior Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in April 2025. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Drew brings a consultative and relationship-driven approach to risk management. He began his career as a State Farm agent and later transitioned to Goosehead Insurance, where he served as an independent broker. These roles helped him develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges business owners face across industries. Drew holds a master’s degree in Global Business from the University of Redlands and specializes in building long-term strategies that align risk with growth. His areas of expertise include Strategic Risk Management & Insurance Planning, Commercial Coverage Structuring (GL, WC, E&O, and more), Client Education & Claims Advocacy, Business Process Consulting, and Audit Review and Cost Reduction Strategies.
Drew is passionate about listening, learning, and collaborating with clients to uncover inefficiencies, reduce exposure, and strengthen their businesses. Rather than lead with quotes, he focuses on understanding the unique needs of each client, which allows him to provide tailored solutions that turn risk into opportunity. His personal philosophy is rooted in stoicism, inspired by Marcus Aurelius: “The obstacle is the way.” This mindset has guided him through adversity and shaped his approach to both life and business. Drew is currently working toward earning his Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation and is excited to grow with Inszone.
In their free time, Drew enjoys coaching his son’s basketball team and volunteering his time mentoring students at Mt. San Jacinto College, helping them explore career paths and develop professional skills. He is also an avid traveler who has explored 56 countries across six continents. Drew’s commitment to community and personal development is evident in his involvement outside of work, reflecting his dedication to both his professional and personal life.
