Dawn Melton is part of the Personal Lines at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in April 2025 after the merger with Osterts & Associates, LLC. With 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, Dawn brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role. She holds an Associate’s degree in Veterinary Medicine and is a licensed veterinary technician in Texas. Throughout her academic career, she maintained a place on the Dean’s List and was recognized with the Best New Business award in Amarillo in 2006.
Dawn is passionate about building lasting relationships with her clients and always prioritizes their best interests. Her approach centers on trust, care, and advocacy, ensuring each client feels supported and understood throughout their insurance journey.
When she’s not working, Dawn enjoys life on her 19-acre homestead with her husband and their animals, which bring her peace and fulfillment. She also volunteers with the SPCA of Texas and participates in Best Buddies events alongside her daughter, who serves on the organization’s Advisory Board.
