Karen Ojeda is a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in March 2025 after the merger with Hart Insurance Agency. She began her insurance career in 1980 with United Pacific/Reliance Insurance Company, advancing from clerical roles to Underwriting and later leading a non-standard business department. Karen spent nearly three decades at Bratrud Middleton/Propel Insurance Agency, earning a nomination for Regional Rookie of the Year and later working in the high-net-worth division. She holds ongoing education in Property and Casualty Underwriting and has pursued her ACSR designation.
With a strong foundation in underwriting and client service, Karen brings empathy, adaptability, and effective communication to every interaction. Her decades of experience allow her to connect with clients and deliver tailored insurance solutions with care and precision.
Off the clock, Karen enjoys golfing, camping, cooking, and crafts. She is also passionate about giving back, supporting organizations like the American Cancer Society-Relay for Life, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Junior Achievement, Salvation Army, Tacoma Rescue Mission, Mary Bridge Festival of Trees, March of Dimes & United Way.
