Susan Hendricks is a Branch Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in March 2025 after the merger with Hart Insurance Agency. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation through the Risk and Insurance Education Alliance, as well as the Associates of Information Technology (AIT) designation from the Insurance Institute of America.
Susan is passionate about supporting her team and clients through her extensive industry knowledge and leadership experience. Her strong educational background and professional designations allow her to guide both clients and staff with confidence and clarity, ensuring top-tier service and insurance solutions.
In her free time, Susan enjoys genealogy, traveling, and participating in community theater.
