Lisa Delgado is a Commercial Account Manager Team Lead at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in August 2024. She attended Cal State LA and has been P&C licensed since 2008, with a Life & Health license added in 2021. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lisa has worked extensively with underrepresented non-profit and social service organizations, serving as their trusted partner and advocate. She also spent 8 years as an Operations Manager, training and developing over 20 new agents in the field of Commercial Insurance. Additionally, she has hosted workshops for Los Angeles Unified School District, Grant Administration Organizations, and Regional Centers to help organizations navigate complex insurance requirements.
Lisa’s passion for advocacy extends beyond non-profits, she believes every business deserves a dedicated partner to help them through challenges. Her Workers Compensation Consultant Certification enables her to assist clients in managing high ex-mods, reducing claims, and strategizing cost-saving solutions. She thrives on problem-solving, using her creativity, experience, and commitment to deliver the best possible outcomes for her clients.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys playing and coaching roller derby, a sport that brings joy and energy to her life. She also loves staying active, exploring the outdoors with her little one, and unwinding with a good book and a cup of coffee.
