Britney Teeters is a Senior Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in December 2024. She has been in the insurance industry for 27 years, starting her career at Mercury Insurance in Brea, CA, right after high school in 1998. Britney began in the billing department before transitioning to the agency side, where she became an agent and worked her way up to operations management. In 2020, she decided to return to her roots in sales, bringing her extensive experience and deep industry knowledge to better serve her clients.
Britney is known for her attention to detail and dedication to providing exceptional customer service. She believes that a client can hear a smile through the phone and takes pride in creating positive experiences. She values trust and integrity, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept informed every step of the way. Britney also believes in building strong relationships with her clients, adding a personal touch that fosters trust and leads to lasting connections and referrals.
In her off hours, Britney enjoys strength training 4-5 times a week and has recently taken up pickleball. She loves the outdoors, especially spending time in the mountains and at the beach. She has also volunteered at the Houston Food Bank and is passionate about giving back to the community.
