Lena Mileto is a Senior Benefits Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in March 2025 after the merger with Employee Benefits Advantage. Lena has a diverse professional background, beginning in the restaurant business, where she spent 25 years managing her family’s Italian restaurant. She then pursued a career in education, becoming a Lower Elementary Lead Guide in Montessori education. In 2023, Lena made a career shift, earning her Insurance Producer license and joining the Employee Benefits Advantage team. She has since gained valuable experience in the insurance industry as an Enrollment Specialist and Account Manager, managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and compliance with state and federal insurance regulations, which has given her deep insight into the complexities of employee benefits.
Lena is passionate about building and nurturing strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless operations. Her diverse background, combined with her dedication to providing clients with tailored benefits solutions, makes her a great asset to the team and the clients she serves.
In her free time, Lena enjoys working out, fishing, completing jigsaw puzzles, cooking, reading, and spending quality time with her son, Kent. She also has a love for classic muscle cars and motorcycles, enjoys wine tasting, and finds joy in nature, especially sunrises and sunsets. She is also actively involved in community service through the Assistance League of Tulsa (Operation School Bell Program) and the Alzheimer’s Association, Oklahoma Chapter.
