With over 15 years of experience, Yenny has managed multiple recruitment pipelines, fostered strong partnerships, and consistently exceeded hiring objectives. Her work has spanned operational leadership roles in major companies like Amazon and Nordstrom, where she led teams to top departmental rankings across North America, known for her innovative thinking and data-driven methods.
Outside of work, Yenny is a proud mother of twin girls and loves being involved in their sports activities. She also cherishes spending time with family and making the most meaningful moments together.
