Chris Tracy
Regional President – California
Chris Tracy is the Regional President – California at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in June 2018. After earning his undergraduate degree in 2012, Chris ventured to the East Coast for graduate school, a bold step that kindled a deep passion for unraveling complex problems and laid the foundation for a thriving career in insurance. His interest in commercial insurance began in the summer of 2010 during an internship with Zurich North America. At Zurich, he realized the value of helping businesses protect themselves from risk. With experience in handling claims for Commercial Middle-Market, Global Corporate, and Large Construction accounts, he gained a unique lens through which to advise clients. Before entering the commercial insurance field, Chris earned a Master’s Degree, driven by his interest in human behavior.
In 2018, Chris joined Inszone as a Producer specializing in commercial real estate insurance. His success in this role allowed him to transition to sales manager, where he grew the sales team and demonstrated his leadership skills. He was then promoted to the inaugural VP of Northern California, overseeing the company’s largest revenue-generating territory before stepping into his current role as Regional President in 2025. Today, Chris drives the strategic vision for Inszone’s California operations.
When he’s not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, son, family, and friends. He is a lover of hiking and trying new wines, and remains an eternal optimist on the golf course—undaunted by his knack for losing golf balls in every way imaginable.
