Abi Simon is a Senior Personal Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in March 2024 after the merger with T Blackwell Insurance Group. With a diverse background and a strong passion for helping others, Abi’s journey started in Plainview, Texas, before moving to New Braunfels, where her father’s business ventures shaped her strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
Beginning her career in insurance in 2012, Abi specialized in life insurance before taking on a unique role as a Retail Training Manager at Sprint. There, she oversaw new hires’ onboarding and navigated organizational changes during the T-Mobile merger, showcasing her leadership skills.
Transitioning to Property and Casualty insurance in 2021, Abi continues to excel, guiding clients towards financial security. In her free time, Abi and her husband share a love for music, finding joy in playing instruments together amidst the joys and challenges of raising six children and caring for their family dog.
