Devony Felish is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in August 2023 after the merger with Hawks View Insurance. She began her professional journey in Real Estate and Property Management at the age of 19 in 2012. By 2017, she had received her real estate license, accumulating 9 years of experience that enriched her knowledge and customer service skills. Transitioning from selling homes, she ventured into ensuring dreams, embracing new opportunities that the insurance field had to offer.
Her introduction to the insurance industry started in 2021, when she became a part of the team at Hawks View Insurance, driven by a desire for something fresh. After a positive interaction during interviews and meeting the team, she eagerly embraced the fresh start. While initially starting as a customer service representative for both personal and commercial lines, Devony swiftly found her true calling within Commercial Insurance. Known for her quick-to-learn ability and enthusiasm for resolving challenges, she excels in this role.
In her time off, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, engaging in activities ranging from movie nights to weekend getaways. She also nurtures interests in reading, crafting, and photography.
