Patty Monasterio
Benefits Account Manager
Patty Monasterio is a Benefits Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in January 2023. She attended Claremont High School then Citrus College. She began her own business in 1989, promoting and organizing fashion shows for local family-owned dress shops. She joined the Blue Cross family in 1999, where she began her career in healthcare. In 2007, she started working at Kaiser Permanente, where her passion to assist employers and employees with their benefits became an obsession. Patty is a writer who has authored books that have been transformed into workshops. She has served as a Youth Minster, and her favorite charity is St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
Patty lives by the mantra of always doing what is best for the customer; by tailoring benefits to the needs of the customer and educating employees on how to choose the best benefits for themselves and their families.
