Leslie Ditto is a Personal Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in 2022 after the merger with her previous company, Proctor Insurance. She attended Blinn Junior College and majored in Business Administration. She began her career on the agency side for two years before transitioning to Farmers Insurance as a district recruiter in the district managers office for Anthony Jean and Dan Radawitz for two years, where she hired and trained new agents to start their own agencies and learn new agency management operating systems. She returned to Proctor Insurance in 2008 as a licensed personal lines producer, where she has remained until the company was merged with Inszone.
She takes pride in providing excellent customer service while maintaining integrity and thinking outside the box to solve difficult challenges. Leslie has an exceptional work ethic and unparalleled follow ups with clients willing to take on difficult projects.
In her free time, Leslie loves horseback riding and spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.

Leslie Ditto assisted me this morning regarding a problem with my local insurance agent in Albuquerque. I had been unable
to resolve the problem with my agent and therefore reached out to Leslie. I am 84 years old, a retired lawyer of 44 years of practice. I have known and dealt with thousands of people during my long life. I have learned the lesson that if a person has a problem you should listen patiently and without interruption to him or her explain it. Then when the person is finished, he or she will feel a certain degree of gratitude to you for patiently listening and as a result he or she will be receptive to your suggestion about how to solve the problem–even if he or she might have initially been opposed to such a solution.
Interrupting a person because you think he or she is wrong or a cukoo-bird is a giant mistake in problem solving and human relations success. If someone is wrong, listening patiently to that person, regardless of how wrong he or she may be is the first step toward convincing him or her to revise their thinking. Successful human relations begins with the EARS followed by the HEART (Leslie is a compassionate person) and then the BRAIN.
In Court I knew it was important to win my client’s case, but I knew that to do so I first had to win the Judge. My attitude, my reasonableness, my showing of compassion for the other side, even if I disagreed with the other side, helped me develop a rapport with the Judge or Jury and propelled me toward victory numerous times. Leslie Ditto knows this principle. She treated me like I was a King even though I am really a lowly pauper. She made me feel good by her patience and her showing deep and sincere interest in my problem and its solution.
I don’t know Leslie personally, never met her in person, but I know great people having been married to one great girl for 54 years. I know a great woman when I meet her. With deep sincerity I tell you that Leslie Ditto is a GREAT woman– a compassionate, a highly intelligent, receptive, and compassionate person. I felt terrible before I called her. After speaking with her I feel relieved. I felt inspired. I felt hopeful. I felt great . My experience with Leslie this morning was an honor and a pleasure. She is a rare human being. I am glad I had a problem because it led me to Leslie Ditto, a true credit to Inzone.
Leslie Inspired me and filled me with respect for her and Inzone for being wise enough to ask her to be associated with the company. I am not giving her more credit than she deserves. At 84 I am a fairly wise old man with substantial experience in dealing with human beings. Leslie would have made a great lawyer. She does make a great human being. I am feeling good today because of her. That feeling will last a long time.
