Trever was extremely helpful. I am 75 and sometimes a bit forgetful. However, Trevor spent all the time I needed and answered all the questions I needed answered. He patiently waited for me to enter his contact information in my phone, and I will continue to work with him in the future.

Trevor is a paragon of customer service. I had to take care of a property whose owner passed. The future of the property was uncertain with respect to inheritance and sale. Trevor took care of me monthly over 9 months– reaching out to make sure the coverage did not lapse, taking various forms of payment as the trust administration process changed what sources I could use to pay premiums and always being ready to assist and explain as the policies approached time for renewal or cancellation. On the rare occasions that Trevor did not answer the phone in person, he got back to me very, very promptly. I never had to worry about a problem arising because I could get his help in time. Just superb service!
