Daniel Miekina
Chief Operating Officer
Daniel Miekina is the Chief Operating Officer at Inszone Insurance Services, a role he assumed in September 2022. With over two decades of experience in operations across multiple industries—including insurance—Daniel has previously served as an Operational Risk Director and an Operations Transformation Consultant. As a Senior Manager with PwC, he led multiple operating model transformations and strategic assessments. Daniel holds a degree from the University of Denver and earned his MBA from Notre Dame. As COO, his primary responsibility is to accelerate the agency’s operational capabilities and oversee all facets of the core business in collaboration with leaders across the organization.
Dan is a proud husband and father of three daughters, and loves to cook, golf, and fish in his free time.
