Ann Pederson is a Commercial Sales Team Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in November 2021 after the merger with Stromsoe Insurance. Before entering the insurance industry, she served 14 years in the Air National Guard, which shaped her leadership style and core values. She also spent 10 years in the restaurant industry, where she developed a strong customer-first mindset. Since transitioning into insurance in 2016, Ann has specialized in commercial lines with a strong focus on small to mid-sized businesses. She currently manages a high-volume commercial sales team at Inszone Insurance Services, helping clients across a wide range of industries secure customized coverage tailored to their operations. Ann holds a degree in Financial Planning, is a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent in California, and holds the CLCS (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist) designation. Her core strengths include risk assessment, client education, team leadership, and market strategy. She continuously studies market shifts across all lines of coverage to ensure quoting success and provide the most competitive options for clients. Ann actively serves on several committees dedicated to supporting veterans, military spouses, and veteran-owned businesses, and participates in community initiatives that help ease the transition from military to civilian life for service members.

Ann approaches every client relationship with transparency, urgency, and a long-term mindset. Her goal is to simplify insurance for business owners and ensure they feel confident in the protection they have—both now and as they grow. She believes in being proactive, responsive, and always advocating for the client’s best interest.

In their free time, Ann enjoys camping, hiking, and spending quality time with her three teenagers. She also loves returning to her hometown in southern Minnesota during the summer to relax and reconnect with nature.
