Scott was extremely helpful in navigating my annual plan update. This year was different, as my current provider had made significant changes that dropped them from contention. Scott worked with me to assure I understood all of the aspects for the providers that offered the best options. I had lots of questions and concerns about the new providers. Scott was patient with me and we evaluated a number of additional alternatives based on my concerns.

In the end I felt we had made the right choices, and I appreciated the extra work Scott provided in making the transition to the new providers, as well as the follow up communication to assure I was getting all the documentation that I need from the new carriers.

To be honest, I was apprehensive of the change from IBC to Inszone and working with a new agent. Scott erased the apprehension and gave me the comfort level I was hoping for in our new relationship.

We were given Scott’s name by another Inszone employee who had dealt with our Home Insurances.

Scott was quick to respond to our request for our Medical Drug Plans information. He was very knowledgeable and informative, supplying us with several options both for postal delivery and local pharmacies even though we live in a remote rural area with limited access to services. He helped to fulfill our requirements under an extremely tight deadline due to our late applications.

Was easy to work with.
