Natalie Fanin
VP – Commercial Lines Service
Natalie Fanin is the Vice President of Commercial Lines Service at Inszone Insurance Services. She currently leads a team of managers and is responsible for hiring, training, and empowering insurance professionals to demonstrate high accountability. Natalie started her insurance career in 2006, just days after her 18th birthday which ultimately developed her strong work ethic in the professional field. Prior to joining Inszone in November 2013, Natalie worked with a workers compensation wholesaler and a large insurance agency, holding a management role. Her experience in management, sales, service, and underwriting laid the foundation on how to be a successful insurance professional. Her relationship skills with policyholders, carrier partners and team members has led her to developing a team with a can-do attitude that goes above and beyond creating a great customer experience. Her ability to identify and educate on exposures has led the department in tremendous growth while holding high retention. Natalie continues to take initiative and is impactful in many areas on both the agency and carrier side while developing the next level of leaders that take pride and ownership in their work product.
On her time off, Natalie enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her son and really any other kiddos. She is dedicated to investing into the next generation which includes playing tag, roller skating/blading, playing games and teaching them new skills.
