Julie Berry is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services. Julie joined the Inszone team in May 2021. With almost three decades of professional experience, Julie is truly a seasoned veteran in the customer care and insurance field. She worked for Intel as an HR Specialist and AT&T as a Customer Care Trainer and Specialist. Most recently she has worked at the Leavitt Group for the last couple decades as an Insurance Account Manager Customer Care Rep. Julie is passionate when it comes to assisting her clients with her insurance needs. She works each day to help her clients achieve their business goals and make their lives easier.
Julie is a proud mother of two beautiful girls who are active in various clubs, church, marching bands, and community theaters. Julie has a passion for caring for people. It is her “Touch Down, Home Run, Goal!” She takes care of her community as a Teacher, Organizer and Friend. She has worked as a volunteer her whole life with her church helping kids and adults alike. Julie helps with pioneer events where she lives. She currently is an American Youth Soccer Organization, Area Treasurer. She has worked at different levels with AYSO, a Regional Coach, CVPA & Regional Treasurer. Julie believes that we are all building people when we work with kids. Soccer as a vehicle that gives the kids skills and structure to make them a player, a potentially a skilled leader and team player in life! With passion, she works each day to make others’ lives better.

Julie was Awesome, Amazing, My Hero!!! i had made a few requests for COI from our contact but I wasnt getting any type of response and i was very frustrated, my customer would not send over a New Contract until i provided proof of insurance, i got lucky when i called in and reached Julie B and she was so patient and helpful. JB listened to my frustrations and then she got me what i needed. she even kept me on the phone until i received my COI and it was a good thing because i messed up the spelling about 5 times . JB and i lightly chuckled but we got it done and i received my contract. TY for your sweetness JB i really appreciated you.

I have 3 trailers insured by Inszone. Only July 4th, we experienced hail damaged to all 3 trailers. My first call was to my agents office and spoke to Carrie. She tried to called the 800 number a couple of times and experienced a very long hold time. She gave me the number 800 to try and I experienced the same problem. After serveral days of trying, I decided to call my agent’s office back to site my concern. Luckily, I got Julie this time. It was the last called I had to make. She took all the information need and the handled it from there. Julie kepted me informed of the whole process and made my whole process seemless. I was on my way out of town for a business trip when I made the call to Julie. Everything Julie explained to me over the phone happened. The claim was submitted and an adjuster reached out to schedule an appointment to look at my trailers. Julie was amazing!!! If there was a 10 STAR RATING, I would would rate her customer service at 15. Thank you so much Julie for being so supportive and making the claim process seemless.
