At Inszone Insurance Services, we believe that true success is measured not only by professional accomplishments but also by the positive impact we make in our communities. Shelley Dreier, a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager at our Victoria, TX office, embodies this belief. With over 18 years in insurance, Shelley’s commitment to helping others goes beyond her daily work responsibilities.
Shelley’s journey with Inszone began in 2024 following the merger with her previous company, JHC Insurance Agency. Since then, she has been an integral part of our team, delivering quality service and nurturing client connections. Beyond her professional duties, Shelley generously volunteers at the DeWitt-Lavaca County Aggie Moms Club. Her involvement includes preparing final exam care packages for Texas A&M students from DeWitt-Lavaca Counties, Texas, and contributing to fundraising efforts for local scholarships benefiting A&M students from the area.
“Ordering supplies and trinkets with Texas A&M logo, trips to Sam’s for snacks and drinks, stuffing bags and the best part, distribution of the bags to our local students and giving them hugs needed to get them through finals.” Shelley shares. “My daughter is a current Texas Aggie Engineering Student who has benefitted from the generous scholarships given by our local moms club and this is my way of giving back to our community. I’m proud to be part of the Fighting Texas Aggie Family.” Shelley’s decision to volunteer reflects her belief in the importance of actively engaging in community service and extending a helping hand to those students to support their scholarship.
Through initiatives like our Charitable Time Off (CTO) program, Inszone empowers employees like Shelley to volunteer for causes close to their hearts while still being compensated. The CTO program allows team members to take paid time off to volunteer, demonstrating our commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.
Shelley’s involvement with the DeWitt-Lavaca County Aggie Moms Club underscores the meaningful outcomes achievable through our company-wide commitment to giving back. The DeWitt-Lavaca County Texas A&M University Mothers’ Club is just one of over a hundred Aggie Moms Clubs nationwide, all operating with a focus on charitable and educational endeavors. Specifically, the DeWitt-Lavaca County Aggie Moms Club is affiliated with the Federation of Texas A&M University Mothers’ Clubs, which encompasses clubs throughout the United States and abroad.
Shelley’s commitment to assisting students with their scholarships and her dedication to serving others extend beyond her volunteer efforts with the Aggie Moms Clubs. Outside of work, she finds joy in off-roading adventures in the mountains and attending Friday night high school football games. Her ability to balance community engagement with her work and family life aligns perfectly with the values we prioritize at Inszone. We take pride in supporting Shelley and all our team members as they strive to make meaningful contributions to our communities.
