Community Spotlight: Tatum Marlatt Supports The Pregnancy Center at Annual Golf Tournament

At Inszone Insurance Services, we proudly recognize team members who devote their Charitable Time Off (CTO) to causes that strengthen local communities. On August 22, 2025, Tatum Marlatt volunteered at the Annual Golf Tournament benefiting The Pregnancy Center, a nonprofit that provides counseling, parenting education, and essential resources—cribs, car seats, diapers, formula, and more—to expectant parents and families with children up to age three.

The tournament is a major fundraiser for the organization, consistently generating more than $10,000 to expand services and support. Tatum helped set up the event, greeted and registered teams, served lunch to more than 200 attendees, and assisted with post-event cleanup. Throughout the day, she also staffed Hole 9 as the spotter for the $10,000 hole-in-one prize, ensuring contest integrity and a smooth participant experience.

Tatum’s commitment to The Pregnancy Center spans 18 years. She shared that the mission is personal: she adopted her daughter through child protective services in 2012 and has a passion for equipping young parents with the practical tools and knowledge to break generational barriers. In her words, families are the foundation of a healthy community—The Pregnancy Center’s three-pronged approach of financial resources, hands-on education, and mental/spiritual counseling is making a meaningful difference every day.

Juan Cruz is the Vice President of Marketing and Development at Inszone Insurance Services. He joined the company in 2016, bringing with him over seven years of experience in direct response marketing. Juan holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies with a minor in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

At Inszone, Juan oversees all aspects of marketing, focusing on building a consistent brand identity and creating successful direct response campaigns. His expertise has helped multiple companies enhance their digital presence, grow lead generation efforts, and strengthen their brand visibility.

A passionate traveler, Juan has visited 25 countries and is an avid scuba diver and bike rider. He believes in working hard to enjoy life to the fullest.
