At Inszone Insurance Services, we proudly recognize employees who use Charitable Time Off (CTO) to support organizations making a direct impact in their communities. On December 2, 2025, Zachary Luce volunteered at the Tucson Community Food Bank as part of a BIG I–hosted service event focused on fighting food insecurity across the region.
The Tucson Food Bank serves as a vital hub for a network of agencies that work together to provide food and resources to individuals and families in need. Through large-scale packing and distribution efforts, the organization ensures that essential food supplies reach communities throughout the city and surrounding areas.
During the event, volunteers formed an assembly line to pack boxes of food for distribution. Zachary worked at the end of the line, stacking completed boxes onto pallets so they could be transported efficiently to neighborhoods in need. His role helped keep the process moving smoothly and ensured that food could be delivered quickly and safely.

Community Spotlight: Zachary Luce Volunteers at Tucson Food Bank with BIG I Event
“This event stood out to me because of the sheer number of people it serves,” Zachary shared. “It was also inspiring to see so many regular volunteers who give their time consistently, not just during large events like this. Their commitment really made an impression on me.”
Zachary’s participation highlights the importance of teamwork and community collaboration in addressing food insecurity. By donating his time and effort, he contributed to an operation that supports countless individuals and families throughout the Tucson area.
We commend Zachary Luce for his generosity and willingness to step in where help is needed most. At Inszone Insurance Services, we’re proud to support employees like Zachary who demonstrate compassion, service, and community spirit through our Charitable Time Off program.
