At Inszone Insurance Services, we proudly recognize employees who use Charitable Time Off (CTO) to give back to their communities. On November 17, 2025, Victoria Kuru volunteered at the H.E.L.P. Snacks Event hosted by the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Arizona (Arizona Big I), a statewide nonprofit trade association that represents independent insurance agencies and supports charitable initiatives across the state.
The Arizona Big I’s H.E.L.P. (Healthy Education Learning Pack) Snacks Event brings together industry professionals to assemble nutritious snack bags for children in need throughout Arizona. Each bag includes healthy snacks and handwritten messages of encouragement meant to brighten a child’s day. Volunteers from across the insurance industry gather annually to support this initiative and ensure that local students receive both nourishment and a reminder that their community cares.
Victoria participated by writing inspirational messages on the snack bags, helping to spread positivity and kindness alongside her peers. “This event was really great and impactful,” Victoria shared. “I was able to connect with different agencies, and it was wonderful for all of us to come together and help a child in need.”

Her efforts contributed to an event that exemplifies compassion, collaboration, and community spirit within the insurance industry. Victoria’s dedication to helping others reflects Inszone’s core values and our ongoing commitment to supporting meaningful volunteer opportunities.
We commend Victoria Kuru for her generosity and active involvement in the Arizona Big I’s H.E.L.P. Snacks Event. At Inszone Insurance Services, we’re proud to support employees like Victoria who demonstrate care, connection, and purpose through our Charitable Time Off program.
