At Inszone Insurance Services, we proudly recognize employees who use their Charitable Time Off (CTO) to strengthen their communities. On October 16–17, 2025, Tina McClary volunteered with Tulsa Oktoberfest, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to celebrating German culture while supporting Tulsa’s River Parks and the city’s vibrant cultural scene.
Tulsa Oktoberfest, founded in 1979, is one of the largest and most authentic celebrations of Bavarian culture outside of Germany. The event benefits Tulsa’s River Parks Authority, which manages more than 70 miles of trails and green spaces along the Arkansas River—spaces that bring recreation, connection, and natural beauty to the community year-round.

During the festival, Tina worked in the dining tent, helping keep the space clean, restocking supplies, preparing meals, and ensuring everything ran smoothly for guests and volunteers. She also helped track the number of volunteers served, scanning participants and assisting with food preparation and dishwashing.
Tina has been part of Oktoberfest since 1986, when a friend first invited her to help check IDs. Over the years, she’s served in multiple leadership roles, including Vice Chair and Chair of the ID Committee, ensuring the event’s safety and organization. Since 2001, she’s also played a key role in the Extended Duty Tent (EDT), which provides meals to volunteers working long hours. Last year alone, the EDT team served more than 2,600 meals over three and a half weeks.

Reflecting on her decades of service, Tina shared, “I’ve made so many lifelong friends through Oktoberfest, and I’m proud to support an event that gives back to Tulsa while improving the trails and green spaces we all enjoy.”
We commend Tina McClary for her continued dedication to community service and for embodying Inszone’s commitment to giving back.
