Inszone Insurance Services takes pride in recognizing team members who actively engage with and give back to their communities through our Charitable Time Off (CTO) program. Amber Harder recently contributed her time and energy to support Farm Connection Day, organized by the Willow Oak 4-H Club.
Willow Oak 4-H Club is a youth-focused organization dedicated to providing hands-on educational experiences, fostering leadership abilities, and promoting community service among young members. The club emphasizes critical skill development in agriculture, science, and practical life areas.
On May 2, 2025, Amber volunteered as a chaperone at the Farm Connection Day, guiding groups of students through fairgrounds and engaging them in various interactive events, educational displays, and hands-on agricultural activities. The event is designed to cultivate understanding and appreciation of farming practices and local food production within the community.
Amber’s connection to the 4-H community is personal and profound. “My daughter is involved in 4-H and will be showing her goat at the Spring Show this year,” Amber shared. “The organization is essential, offering invaluable skills in public speaking, community engagement, animal care, networking, and financial responsibility.”
We commend Amber Harder for her active participation and meaningful contribution. Inszone encourages all employees to pursue community involvement through the CTO program, fostering connections that enrich both personal and community growth.
