At Inszone Insurance Services, we celebrate employees who go the extra mile to uplift their communities. Theresa Fuller, a producer in our Personal Lines department, exemplifies this spirit through her recent volunteer work with John’s Kids, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting underprivileged children in San Antonio, Texas. Founded 18 years ago by Theresa’s father, John Blackwell, and his wife, Martha, the organization began by helping just one elementary school and has since expanded to serve six elementary schools and one junior high.
Theresa joined forces with her sister, Tracey, and other family members to deliver Christmas dinners and peanut butter and jelly to students and families in need. On December 18, 2024, they distributed meals to three different schools, brightening the holiday season for over 150 recipients. For Theresa, this act of giving is deeply personal, not only because her father’s vision drives the mission, but also because witnessing the children’s joy firsthand reaffirms the importance of their work.
Beyond the holiday effort, Theresa has been involved in fundraising for school supplies and other essentials provided by John’s Kids throughout the year. Whether it is encouraging her own children to participate or rallying friends to lend a hand, she passionately supports the mission of extending kindness and resources to those who need them most.
Theresa’s dedication reminds us all how a simple gesture—like delivering a Christmas dinner—can have a lasting impact. Her story resonates deeply with Inszone Insurance’s commitment to fostering service-oriented values and a sense of community responsibility among our team members.
At Inszone Insurance Services, we are proud to support Theresa’s involvement through our Charitable Time Off (CTO) program. We believe in empowering our employees to engage with causes they are passionate about, reinforcing our commitment to community involvement and social responsibility.
If you’re an Inszone employee interested in our Charitable Time Off program, we encourage you to reach out to HR to learn how you can get involved in causes that matter to you.
