Melissa McKenzie is a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in February 2026 after the merger of Phoenix 3 – Park Model-Manufactured Home Insurance Services. Melissa started in the insurance industry right out of high school, not knowing that it would become her lifelong career. Most of her career was spent specializing in Manufactured Home & Park Model Insurance. She began her insurance journey in 1995, always focusing on personal lines insurance, mainly in Manufactured Home and Park Model Insurance. Melissa maintains her continuing education credits to keep her license current and is committed to maintaining her knowledge and skills in the insurance industry.
Melissa always tries to be positive in everything she does and takes pride in helping her clients. She strives to stay up to speed on her knowledge of insurance so she can help answer any questions her clients may have.
Melissa was born and raised in Arizona. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, her grown kids, and her fur babies. They enjoy off-roading, glamping, and spending time at the lake. She is one of 11 kids, and family functions are loud and fun. Melissa hopes someday soon she will be lucky enough to have grandbabies.
