Personal Sales Team Manager
Jill Newland is a Personal Sales Team Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in February 2026 after the merger of Phoenix 3 – Park Model-Manufactured Home Insurance Services. She started in insurance when her husband, her brother-in-law and she opened their own agency, Park Model Manufactured Home Insurance Services in 2017. They have been laser focused on manufactured homes in +55 MH parks. Jill was a registered nurse planning to work part time at their new agency, but that part time turned into office manager, accounting, sales, system IT, human resources and more. She holds a PL License in AZ, NV, OH and is a Registered Nurse in AZ. Their main focus is on the +55 MH parks with resort style living for seasonal residents in Arizona as well as Ohio and Nevada.
Jill is passionate about her work and lives by the philosophy to treat everyone as you wish to be treated, giving grace and sharing knowledge to best help customers make the best decision for them and their families.
In her free time, Jill enjoys focusing on God, her husband, and family. Their two girls, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren bring them great joy. Jill and her husband are very active, prioritizing daily physical fitness activity and healthy eating.
