Jon Little Jr. is a Senior Benefits Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in May 2025 after the merger with LJ Insurance. He began his insurance career in 1994 as an Insurance Agent with American Family in Burlington, IA, later transitioning to an independent agent role in 1996. In 2000, he joined Ed S. Lofton & Sons Agency in Keokuk, IA, which eventually merged with Stebbings & Sohl Agency and became Connection Insurance in 2016. With over 30 years of experience, he brings a deep, practical understanding of both property & casualty and life insurance, supported by his CLU® and CIC® designations and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from WIU.
He is passionate about helping clients navigate complex insurance decisions and create solutions that align with their financial goals. His extensive experience across thousands of policies allows him to provide personalized guidance in life insurance, estate planning, business succession, risk analysis, and coverage design. He takes a client-first approach, focusing on education and clarity to ensure clients feel confident in their long-term protection.
In his free time, he enjoys spending quality moments with his two sons, working on home remodeling projects, playing golf when the weather allows, and attending sporting events across the country—whether it’s hockey, baseball, NFL, or college sports. He also cherishes relaxing with his wife, Tonya, and cheering on both the Leathernecks and Hawkeyes.
